The Arizona Chapter of NAIOP is the trade association representing the commercial real estate industry in Arizona. Members of this association enjoy the many benefits of our premier networking events, quality educational programs, and political action. Nationally, the association represents more that 11,000 members through an extensive network of 51 chapters that represent the interests of developers and owners of industrial, office and related commercial real estate throughout North America. NAIOP provides a forum for continuing education; and promotes effective public policy though its grassroots network, to create, protect and enhance property values.
The Arizona Chapter of NAIOP established the Good Cents Program in order to more effectively educate, advocate and communicate on behalf of business property tax reduction and other issues of concern to the commercial real estate industry. AME Southwest is an active member of the NAIOP in Arizona, and participates in many outreach programs to educated and inform its customers on how to use landscaping as a major asset to enhance and improve property values.
